Hello Jane, The best option is if you go to your doorbell and then Settings > Alert Settings. Look for the heading “Alert Delivery” and double tap on “Doorbell Calls”. Once you swipe right, you will hear “Doorbell calls, let Ring call you when someone presses the doorbell”. Swipe right again and it will say “Doorbell Call, off”, which I believe is the default, double tap on this to turn I ton. Now whenever somebody presses the doorbell button, it is like getting a phone call and it’s easy to answer. Before they introduced this feature, I found it was often difficult to tap on the notification, then your phone had to unlock and then you had to tap to answer the doorbell. Now you just answer whichever way you normally answer your phone, even a 2-finger double tap will work, but keep in mind to maybe give it a 1, 2, 3 count after you answer so it has time to connect.

Our house hasn't got a doorbell, so we've ordered a Ring one, with a year's service. It's supposed to tell me when packages are delivered, and I'm supposed to be able to talk to people at the door. I need tips on using this with my Iphone SE 2. Any tips at all. Jane -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
