It looks like you need to contact Googgle Nest by the following phone
number 1-855-469-6378, this is what is shown from duckduckgo search.
The the only other option is to chat, they don't have an email contact
from what I read here. Good luck.

I’ve called the main phone number twice and didn’t get any help.
The first call I was on the phone for almost an hour. I was on this
call that I just got off of for about 20 minutes or better.
