Thank you for the info. I just called the phone number you gave. And I got the recording saying that they don’t take calls anymore on that phone number. I did get an email from someone yesterday and they sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. I’m going through. Someone is supposed to call me between 2 and 3 PM. However I’m on eastern time so that would be between 4 and 5 PM my time. Also, how would I be able to get someone from Be My Eyes on the call when I would have the person that’s calling me on the phone without disconnecting the Be My Eyes call or the Nest Thermostat rep.
