| Hello, The following settings will decrease the amount of unwanted speech. Launch the Watch App on your phone. Go into Display and Brightness. Make sure that Wake on Wrist Raise is deselected. Now go into Accessibility then VoiceOver. Make sure that Speak on Wake is deselected. Hope this helps.
