Thanks, Malcolm, I only had the speak on wake option off, so I didn’t even look for the raise on wake option. I have both turned off now.

Launch the Watch App on your phone. Go into Display and Brightness. Make sure that Wake on Wrist Raise is deselected. Now go into Accessibility then VoiceOver.
