Hi, I can confirm, that the app has some sort of bug, yes it keeps saying 
loading no matter what part of the app you are trying to access.

Any of y’all having trouble with that app on your iPhone?

When you log in?

VO keeps saying loading loading loading instead of reading the information.

The only way I’m able to read it is do it word by word or character by 
character.

I called Wellsfargo and talked with them about it.

On their end their app is working fine.The lady told me.

I also told her that I’m blind and that I use VoiceOver.

Then I called Apple accessibility.

As the lady from Wellsfargo suggested for me to uninstall and reinstall the app.

So once I re-logged on to the bank still doing the same thing

I even turned off my phone and turned it back on once I logged out of Wells 
Fargo.

So your help will be greatly appreciated in order to get this like it’s 
supposed to read because it’s a pain.
