That often means it has not finished syncing.

I recommend rebooting the phone and then leaving Voice Dream Reader open for a
while as MP3 are much larger than text files so it can take some time.

Subject: VoiceDream Reader issue

Hi,

I have had VoiceDream Reader for a long time, but I haven’t used it recently.
Most of my content is stuff that I’d moved into VDR from Dropbox, mp3 books
I’ve purchased from various places. I went to use the app last night. my
library all appears to be there, but I’m hearing “not available” before each
title. Anyone seen this before? I did switch phones a few months ago, so
this could be related, but I don’t know for sure. I do have sync to iCloud
turned on in VDR and I migrated everything to this phone via the Apple transfer
process where you put your phones next to each other. As a test,I added a new
book to VDR from Dropbox last night, but it’s also now saying “not available”
in front of each mp3 file.
