I have never had a situation that didn’t resolve the “Not available” message after syncing. Sometimes, it has taken much longer than I would have ever thought. Factors such as size of the files, network connection and network traffic, other activity on the devices, etc all make this process fast or slow or very slow. Patience is often key.
