Something I use regularly is the object recogniser I think it's
called that, it's probably still under the measuring app, but in
iOS you can always pull it up by performing a four finger triple
Tap gesture. all of a sudden it stopped working for me. I'm
running the latest iOS on a 16 pro. I can go into settings for
VoiceOver and I have checked that it is ticked to work but it
doesn't… i've checked all my voice gestures and it is there and
ticked. in case you are thinking it's a matter of dexterity, I'd
only have I use this for at least a few years now, but also a
quadruple four finger Tap works for me and double four finger Tap
works for me I have no problem with the gesture for some reason
nothing happens when I perform it.
In case other people don't use this feature of iOS, it brings up a
menu of seems to be recognise such as seen doors text et cetera,
and I find it immensely useful and quick! so rather than launching
app I just performed this gesture look what I'm looking for and
move on by performing the gesture again which toggle it off. s so,
has anyone else tried the four finger triple Tap recently? and I
should mention, I have reset/restarted my phone a few times now
since I noticed his behaviour, and it's made no difference…
so, any help/advice would be very gratefully received!
