A bit of dexterity with that three finger gesture brought messages back
to where dewsired.

Hi, I'm in the app library but a three-finger swipe there isn't
working for me as it does in other pages.
The page switcher option doesn't work in the app library as far as I
can see.

Once you get into the App Library, you can move an app just like
you normally would. Note that you have to find the app in the App
Library without alphabetizing the App Library or searching for it
in the App Library. Once you do either of those things, you can’t
get to the edit option by flicking down.
Sounds like you know how to move an app, but if you need help,
just ask.
