Try Be My Eyes. The tab at the bottom that says Be MY AI is the one to use. Either take a picture of the list with Be My Eyes, or ask Siri to describe fully with Be My Eyes with the camera pointed at the list. Chances are it will give you the names and may even say, x name is circled in blue. If not, use the call a volunteer feature.
