Hello Kathy, If you have Be My Eyes up you can take picture and write a question to get your information. You can also use a shortcut with Be My Eyes that you can ask a specific things and you will get your answer. Sorry, I used Be My Eyes in French so I don’t know exactly the shortcut in English.
