Gera is correct. You never should have attempted the AccessMinds voices with that old of an iOS.
That being said, Can you reboot by holding the right side button and home button for about 10 or 15 seconds and have it speaking. Then, go into settings, Accessibility, VoiceOver and reset voiceover settings? I'm not even sure that is an option in iOS 17.
