I had a problem like that, but it was when I moved to a rural area with a lot of trees. I changed carriers; no joy. On another list, a guy suggested that I could have a bad router. I had no problem with my computer or with my reader stream on it. Still, I turned off Wi-Fi, and bingo! Problem gone! I don't know if that would help you though like it did me.

Hi, thank you for the suggestion. Yes, I often use FaceTime audio to improve my phone quality. I will reach out to T-Mobile and see what they have to say. I’m glad you feel like a phone upgrade may not help the situation, because my phone is working just fine. :-) Traci > On Sep 29, 2026, at 7:07 AM, 'Richard Turner' via VIPhone > <[email protected]> wrote: > > I'm pretty sure the phone will not change the cellular signal. > Have you talked with Verizon or tMobile about the cellular signal issue at > your address? > Many things can impact reception.
