Hi. There is no other way to enable QuikcNav that I'm aware of, so many of the commands won't work for you in Safari. For a list updated through iOS 5, see http://www.axslab.com/ios-shortcuts This lists all gestures, keyboard shortcuts, and braille keyboard commands through iOS 5. A few have been added in 6, but not too many.
