Time should correct itself through location services when it's done setting
up. Mine did. Mine did eventually when I did turn location services on.
Good job too, I set regional setting to Australia, I don't live there!

Subject: Help with iPad Mini

Hi all,
I just got my iPad mini this evening and it is currently restoring things
through iCloud, but I think I've messed things up, because I'm in central
time and the iPad is on pacific time. My location services are on.
Should I reset everything and set it up as a new iPad?
I just want my time to be correct.
Thanks,
