Yes, I saw the sinc choice in the file menu, even though, it is disable. Why
it is disable?
I have no idea.
I added some mp3s to the library, like I did in the privous versions of
iTunes, go to file, go down to add file to library, choice the file, and
press ok. But now, after made all these steps, the device/sinc is disable.
What can I do?

Hi Pablo,
Go to the File menu, then arrow to Devices, right arrow to open it (it's a
submenu) and if your iPhone is connected either by cable or wirelessly,
the
first option will be to Sync.
