Rob from the Today in iOS podcast mentioned in the latest episode that apparently it is once again possible to gift an app to somebody from within the App Store on your iOS device. This feature was missing after the iOS 6 update, but I still can't find it. I wonder if this has to do with the fact that I am in Canada and maybe it's only back for the US App Store? Maybe some of you could look for this and if you find it, explain where this is hidden. I found a new button, at least I didn't notice it last time I checked my iTunes Gift Card balance, which is called "Send a Gift". It is at the very end of the content in the "Featured" tab. But this only allows you to send a particular amount of money to somebody else, sort of like sending somebody a gift card except it's done electronically.
