Personally, as with my iPhone 5, I have bought the case from Tech21. The case adds all but no bulk at all, is a nice feeling plastic on the rear and sides, and has a leather front cover that flaps around to the back when in use.
The leather is nice grade leather for the front and has a felt backing which protects the screen. the power and head jack ports are all accessible as are the controls. the back and sides internally are lined with D3O, a revolutionary protective material which protects against nocks and bumps etc. I'm very impressed with these cases.
