+1 for Brailliant BI 40. I'm very happy with my HumanWare Brailliant BI 40. It's easy to pair (I'm using it on an iPhone 4S running iOS 6.0.1) and it works great. I considered both Focus 40 and a Handy Tech display (I think it was HT Easy Braille) but finally went with Brailliant 40. It's a small and very well built device.

Let me know how you do with the new unit. I am pretty sure I'm wanting to stay with the 40 cell size of display and know it works with Window-Eyes as well. Thanks.
