If you don't want an external battery which you can use to charge your phone, a battery case would be your only option. Just look on the Apple Store or Amazon website, check at a Best Buy or Google "iPhone 4 battery case" and you will find a lot of choices. If you check them out on Amazon you can take advantage of user reviews and ratings, but I would look for one that has at least a capacity of 6,000 or 8,00 Milliamps, the more the better, of course the more Milliamps also means it's going to be bulkier so it's a trade-of.
