Hi Gena, Thanks for your questions. BrailleTouch supports Grade 1 braille, including letters, numbers, and most punctuation from the BANA standards. It is not computer braille. You can use the capital sign, number sign, and letter sign. The period, or full stop, is dots 2 5 6. The decimal point is dots 4 6. I hope this helps.
