There are a couple of options. There the built in Maps app from Apple
that comes with IOS 6. There's also Google Maps and MapQuest. These are
all free. They all have turn by turn driving directions announced. I
don't think they announce cross streets as you drive by them though. I
think there's another app you can run in conjunction that will announce
those cross streets for you. I like Google Maps at the moment, but
they're all free, you so you can try each of them out to see which one
you prefer.
