No idea. I'm guessing it's a JAWS issue though because I'm sure plenty of people would have reported it if it were an iTunes issue. There are similar accessibility issues when using JAWS scattered through the rest of iTunes. I'm using iTunes version 11.
I may try an another restore, but I've been told not to worry about it. I believe the message was simply to acknowledge that the unlock was completed, rather than requiring any further action on my part.
