Hi, Westminster chimes does that which you wish. I have the paid version which I believe offers more scheduling options and chiming variations. it’s developer has been very responsive to insuring that the app works with voice over. I hope that helps. Robin

For whatever reason I can't seem to switch the sound on chime, I can switch it but still get the same sound and it's a very short shound so I often miss hearing it, especially when out in noisier environments.
