When I first got it, I connected it to my Pc to charge it. It was immediately recognized as new and I was asked if I wanted to restore from the back up stored on my computer. Completely forgot about ICloud at the time and oked the process. It went very fast without a glitch. Unfortunately, now, Itunes doesn't recognize the new IPod, it just says synch and back up are unavailable. All my apps and music are on the new Pod, so, what could be the matter? Should I have set up the unit as new and restored from the Cloud? My IPod 4 is still going at the moment as I don't want to reset it to factory defaults until the new one is working properly. Is this the reason why the Pc doesn't recognize the new one? Any thoughts/comments welcomed. Thanks in advance to anyone willing to spend the time to help. Cheers now, Marie
