Hi, Did you check your silent switch on the phone. That may have moved when you dropped it. It is located at the top left just above the volume up button and should pulled towards the front of the phone. Towarts the back it is on silent

VO will say muted or unmuted, depending on its state at the time. I think you will get your sounds back. I guess the otterbox defender is worth something. But having dropped it, it is now muted. Or I should say, sounds are muted. VO still speaks, but if I get a call, there is no ringer, and I don't get the vo sounds either. I've been in to settings trying to find where to unmute sounds and can't find it. Looked in sounds, in phone and under vo settings. No dice. Can somebody tell me how to unmute this phone, please? > > Mary > > Mary Otten > [email protected] > > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group. > To search the VIPhone public archive, visit http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/. > To post to this group, send email to [email protected]. > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to [email protected]. > For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/viphone?hl=en. > > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group.
