On the left of the phone on top of the volume switches. That's where it is located on my phone. I am not sure if it is somewhere else in iPhone 5.

Talking about the defendor, I don't think it would matter even if you didn't have one. I keep dropping it all the time and I have no defendor. It's a solid robust thing, the thing called iPhone.

Subject: lost my phone sounds

Hi all,

I dropped my iPhone for the first time ever today. Nothing broke, so far as I can tell. I guess the otterbox defender is worth something. But having dropped it, it is now muted. Or I should say, sounds are muted. VO still speaks, but if I get a call, there is no ringer, and I don't get the vo sounds either. I've been in to settings trying to find where to unmute sounds and can't find it. Looked in sounds, in phone and under vo settings. No dice. Can somebody tell me how to unmute this phone, please?

Mary
