I guess this would not work for those wearing a dress, but I run my headphones 
cord down through my shirt and into my pants pocket. I can then tuck my ear 
buds into my shirt collar and pull them out as needed. For more formal wear, I 
suppose this would  not work, though. How great is it to never have to dress 
formal!
