In Settings,general, accessibility,voice-over, language rotor, are all the
voices the iPhone has. There are 3 English voices. US English, British
English, and Australian English. You can select any or all of these voices
to be added to the rotor. You can also select other languages such as
Spanish Mexican etc. Then when you want to change voices just make the
twisting motion with your thumb and index finger such as you might when
turning a volume control up or down. Note: you must repeat the gesture to
move from item to item. In the rotor note 2, not the language rotor are
other items you can add or remove from the regular rotor such as things like
characters, words, text fields and more.

Apple has apparently not considered additional voices important at this
point and since Apple controls these things rather strictly, it is of

not possible to install additional voices in any other way.
It would be best if you wrote to ap...@accessibility.com and asked them
that
you would consider an additional voice a useful feature or at least they
should make the voices for the various countries they have availableto be
set as default without requiring one to change one's region to that
voice's
country. In addition it would be nice if they allowed for the download of
at
least 2 HQ voices. I did request the latter from them, but of course if
more
people do they may actually do something about it down the road.
