You should then be able to follow the on screen instructions to configure it. Do note that the first screen has a configure button at the bottom of it. since at that time it does not know what language you are speaking, the button rotates the word / phrase, configure, just find that either in English or another language and double tap. once you do that, it quickly scans your location and displays the next screen in your regional language.
