Hi Wayne, There are other such apps in the App Store and I have yet to find one that has good reviews. Here are 3 reviews that were listed for the Call Manager app:

I am somewhat afraid that developers who come up with apps like that have other agendas, e.g. maybe they just want your email and mobile number and next thing you know you get a bunch of SPAM emails and/or SMS messages. I am not clear as to whether there is some sort of subscription based account for this since the app itself is free. As I said, please do report back about how you find this.
