Hi, Do you mean that if one gets a list of languages that their device is unlocked? Please advise.
Thanks. This is normal. Your update is complete. The different languages is the unlock button. Since it doesn't know what language you speak, it goes through all of them. Just double tap that button, and you will be on the setup screen, and voiceover will be on and in english. lol. It did its thing, VoiceOver came on, said, "Ipad, image." Then, the only other thing I could elicit, other than the status bar, were different languages, some of which VoiceOver couldn't pronounced. Double-tapping on the Ipad image (English version) did nothing. My screen locks up almost immediately, and though I can unlock it with a single tap of the home button, I get the same, very restricted behavior. > > My question is, is this normal? How long should the update take? It's been a good ten minutes or so that my Ipad 3 has been like this. When I tried to shut it down, the shut-down routine didn't happen. > > So.
