Apple is also making differences for keyboard users and braille users, there are a great number of shortcuts you can not make with a braille display, which you can make with a keyboard. It is in my opinion really annoying. Maybe there has been some problems with making the same possibilities for braille users because of the differences in keybords and braille displays behaviour.
