Just as a follow up. I wrote Tweetlist about this and below is the response I got back a short while later. Hopefully a fix is coming soon.
We are trying to figure out the root cause of this issue. It's not very common, but it is happening to other people at the moment. If it suddenly starts working, please let us know as then it would indicate it's a Twitter API issue (some have reported this). We are still investigating.
