Did you recently get a new dcomputer or do you still have the one you used before? If you still have it you can probably avoid having to wipe out your phone and resync everything by copying over the iTunes folder from the old computer to the new computer. If you don't have it any more you don't have much of a choice and you have to say "yes", then if you first tell iTunes all the stuff you want to sync from the new library, e.g. music, apps, ringtones etc. it will replace what is on your phone with the new selection.
