We have a solution for the portrait orientation issue on the text
message and email screens that we are currently working on. This will be
in the first update to the software, coming soon.
I can't tell all of you how much I appreciate all the valuable feedback
I have gotten from each of you, both on and off list. This helps me a
great deal, and you are helping to make BrailleTouch an even better app
in the future.

Wish I could stop it being sluggish, though. I even tried turning off and on
the phone, to no avail! Only thing left to try is the home/sleep/wake button
reset, and I don't want to do unless absolutely necessary. I also do not want
to reset my phone! Oh horrors, once was enough!

tweet, set the email subject, or send an email, then the text should be cleared
when you go back to the braille keyboard screen. If you go to a text message,

remain and not be cleared.
I'm still testing for any problems where the text does not get cleared when it

clipboard. Tuyping and closing with Home leaves it in memory, text and all.
Not tried variations of messaging, but closing out the app switcher also
loses the text. This is probably true for most apps, but like to know the
parameters we're working with so we can work With them.

Well if you close down BrailleTouch the text is definitely cleared. I
assume the text is held in some part of the device's Ram for quick
retrieval.
