If I go into the Messages app, and bring up the message thread for a particular person, then I can't use the Actions item in the roter to delete a specific message. It just isn't there.
If, however, I'm in the messages app, and I'm looking at the list of people who've sent me messages, I can find the Actions option in the roter and delete the messages from a particular user.
