Hi Candy, I have a really hard time activating the reader sometimes - I don't know why - Other times, I just find it and tap without problems. The button for the reader is right next to the box where the URL is located. Try sliding your finger toward the right when you're on the URL at the top of the page, and when you hear, "Reader available," tap it twice. Good luck! Penny
