Yes, you can send a PDF to Dropbox with Genious Scan Plus. I do actually own this app, but the only time I ever used it was when I asked a sighted person to take a picture for me of something I wanted to bring back home to my business without having to bring the paper copy or maybe because a paper copy wasn't available. This app is definitely not something a blind person can easily use or use with good success, there is 0 feedback as to whether you have taken a good picture or not. I had somebody take a picture of some pages at a trade show back in November and even those even though the pictures looked OK were less than perfect when I eventually pulled them up on the computer for one of my employees to look at.
