Hi Courtney,

Yes - you should be able to do it under OSx, but unfortunately I don't
know any programs like winSCP or iPhone Folders that work under OSx.
Essentially, you need to be able to obtain read and write access to
the file system in order to copy the new voices to the phone.
Hopefully one of the Mac users will be able to chime in here with a suggestion?
