Guys, Thanks so much for the wanderful instructions to change the voice. Using those instructions I was able to configure both english and russian voices on my iPhone to be high quolity. I am so happy now. I also was able to fix the bug, which Apple interdused in IOS 6.1 with Russian language, when voice was automaticly switching to Korean instead of Russian. Now everything works just fine.
