Once you do the two finger triple tap and narrow your search, double tap what 
you want in the results list. This will then bring VoiceOver focus right to 
where you want it. Say for example, you are looking for the word Seattle in an 
article, you would bring up the item chooser, begin typing Seattle in the 
search field, and the below list will continually narrow down to the 
possibilities of Seattle. Double tap on one, and there you go, magically just 
where you want to be in the article. 

Hope that is helpful. Definitely have a play around with it. With more 
practice, you'll probably get use to it's features.
