I don't have a problem with Fleksy now being free. Things change with companies and people and they need to do what's right based on the current situation. I'm sure people would also complain if they found out that the makers of Fleksy were now getting other funding sources so they didn’t need to charge for Fleksy but they still continued to do so.
I disagree with your statement that a lot of blind people are crying for things to be free. Some are, I'm sure, but that's not most or even a lot of blind people. It's also no different than the general community. I guess I'm a bit sensitive when the blind get lumped into one prejudged group, whether the source of that prejudgement comes from the blind or the sighted.
