I am no longer in the US and haven't been for four years. Five years ago, Cricket purchased time in selected markets only. They did not offer coverage outside these areas, so a person paid roaming on Sprint. Also, Cricket charged additional fees if one wanted service in other Cricket local areas. A person really should read the agreement thoroughly.
