yes, there is. What happens when you use control+down-arrow? Assuming you have quick nav enabled, use left-arrow+right-arrow to toggle this on and off, you should be able to use control+down-arrow to get to the last object on the page, back up a few objects with the left-arrow until you get to the Reply button and then double tap it with the up-arrow+down-arrow key combination.
