Hi, Cheryl. I'm afraid they didn't lose the case, the judge has simply stopped it from moving forward for a period of time. That period of time will end when another court gives its decision. If the decision is favourable to Samsung and the patent, then the case starts up again. This is not a loss for Samsung, it's a delay of the case. I hope that's of use. Aman
