Hi, all.
Using the iPhone 5 here. I'm hoping someone has a solution to this problem.
I'm trying to download apps from the app store. These are free apps like
Color ID, iMove, etc. I've set up my apple ID, password and security
question on my PC, but when I try downloading anything from the app store
while using the iPhone, I'm taken to a page where I can choose a security
question and type in the answer and/or set up a rescue email address. The
only options I have at this screen are Not Now and Continue. Double tapping
Not now takes me back to the App store and if I double tap the Free Button
or Install App button, the process starts over again with me being back in
the security screen.
Continue takes me into the page where I'm supposed to provide security
questions and answers.
Thing is, I have already set up my Apple ID, password, rescue Email and one
security question on my PC. I thought the changes made to my account would
be the same regardless of whether I'm using an iPhone or my PC.
What am I doing wrong?
