Hello, I just was on the phone with Apple for over half an hour to solve a problem. The problem is when I go into the genius part of the application store, it will not read me any recommended apps. The other problem I'm experiencing is I cannot take a proper screenshot for the tech mission to build to diagnose the issue. If anybody can give me any tips whatsoever thank you in advance.
