Hi there. I don't know of one called big, but I did a search in the app store and found a couple which seem to fit the description of what you're asking about. I did not purchase these apps and so do not know how voiceover friendly they are. It seems to me that the second one I list below seems to be more promising. However this is just based on the description of the app in the App Store. The two links are below.
